Technology for Educational Achievement

​​​​​​​Technology for Educational Achievement (TEACH) is a program administered by the Wisconsin Department of Administration, Division of Enterprise Technology.  TEACH subsidizes, through USAC's E-rate, much of the cost of the category 1 circuit to provide telecommunications access such as data lines to eligible schools, libraries, and educational institutions. TEACH does not subsidize a site's Internet Service Provider (ISP).

FY22 Infrastructure Grants

TEACH Infrastructure Grants will likely no longer be available to school districts in fiscal year 2022. All reimbursement requests for fiscal year 20 award winners must be submitted to TEACH by May 14, 2022.

All reimbursement requests for fiscal year 2021 award winners must be submitted to TEACH by May 14, 2023. Please send any questions to the TEACH program at Teach@wisconsin.gov
