Technology for Educational Achievement

Technology for Educational Achievement (TEACH) is a program administered by the Wisconsin Department of Administration, Division of Enterprise Technology.  TEACH subsidizes, through USAC's E-Rate, much of the cost of the category 1 circuit to provide telecommunications access such as data lines to eligible schools, libraries, and educational institutions. Eligible Educational entities include: Public and Private K-12, Tribal Education, Libraries, Tech Colleges, Accredited Museums, and State Schools. TEACH does not subsidize a site's Internet Service Provider (ISP).
